Daoyin Yang Sheng Qong

It is a Qigong style that combines the principles of traditional Chinese Medicine with conventional principles of Anatomy and Physiology. It is a comprehensive exercise system integrating fluid exercises with controlled breathing techniques, Acupressure, massage, and stretching exercises. Some exercises focus on specific organs, toning them, while others temper the body, increasing flexibility while circulating vital energy, balancing mind and body.
